Ingredients

    1/2 Chopped Red Cabbage
    1/2 Chopped White Cabbage
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup fresh lemon grass
    1/2 cup grated carrots
    4T Tzatziki Sauce
    4 whole wheat pitas
    Dill to taste
    Oregano to taste
    Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and stuff into pita. Should make 8 sandwiches (half a pita)
