Ingredients

    4 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
    1tsp celery seed
    2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 tsp cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

mix all ingredients together and let chill for at least 4 hours or overnight
