Ingredients

    Frozen Corn thawed
    Black Beans
    Cilantro
    Red Onion
    Jalapeno
    Kosher Salt
    Olive Oil
    Add tomato if you like and refigure calories(I hate tomatoes).

Directions

Mix all diced or chopped veggies, add lime juice,olive oil and salt. Better to let sit for awhile.
