Ingredients

    * *Rhubarb, 3 cup, diced
    * Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
    * Apples, fresh, 2 medium
    * Oats, 1 cup
    * *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1 cup
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    * Butter, salted, .25 cup melted

Directions

chop up all fruit. Add white sugar and 2 tbls flour. place in cake tin, or casserole dish
mix oats, flour, the rest of the sugar and butter. pat this over the fruit.
bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until fruit is tender.
