Ingredients

    2 lb lean ground beef
    1 lb ground pork
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 eggs
    1 onion
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1 carrot
    1 link kabanosi
    1 tsp Worchester sauce

Directions

Cu carrot length wise in half ,cook till soft. Plunge pepper into boiling water cut length wise. Mix meat and eggs and oatmeal and half of onion minced and sweated. Cook other half of onion long ways. Grease and line pan with parchment paper. Pack 1/4 of meat mixture into pan place red pepper lenthwise to make mouth. Add 1/4 meat over pepper Add kabonosi down center of pan Add 1/4 meat. PLace carrots side by side to create eyes. Cover with remaining meat pat down Cover with a little tomato juice. Bake at 350 degrees. When almost done saute othe r half of onion to make hair for each slice
