    Red Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz)
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Parsley, .50 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Prosciutto, 3 oz
    *Filet Mignon, 6 oz


Cut Filet mignon into bit size pieces and wrap each one with prosciutto, then fry in pan with olive oil, remove meat when done and deglaze pan with red wine and add parsley. Cook down until wine reduces and pour over meat.
