Ingredients

    1 Onion
    1/2 - 1 red bell pepper
    around 1 kg. or, 2.2 lbs.stewing beef
    2-3 carrots coined
    1 pkg. hot spinach and leek dip seasoning mix (optional)
    2tbsp. Bisto traditional gravy sauce mix
    water

Directions

saute onions, red bell pepper, add stew beef - brown.
Add packet spinach and artichoke dry mix - 54 calories, simmer
Add 2tbsp bisto - 60 calories. simmer
Add to crock pot - heated -
Add cut up carrots your taste
add water to taste - I put about 3-4 cups
Cook as slow cooker indicates
Serve with baked potato or brown rice. (You could put potatoes in too).
