Ingredients

For the bread dough --
Water, 1 cup
1 Egg
Bread flour, 4 cup
Orange Peel, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Agave nectar, 3 tbsp (or substitute 1/4 cup sugar)
Butter, 1 tbsp
Unsweetened Applesauce 6 tbsp
Yeast, 2 tsp
For the filling --
Pecans, 1/4 cup finely chopped
Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 cup
Unsweetened Applesauce 2 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tsp
Ginger, ground, 1/4 tsp
Butter, 2 tbsp
Directions
Put bread dough ingredients in the bread machine, in the order appropriate to your machine. Start on basic dough setting.
When cycle finishes, place dough on floured surface and roll out to a 26x18 inch rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise.
Mix filling ingredients in a small bowl. Spread half on each rectangle of dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border along one long edge. Starting from the other long edge, roll up each piece jelly roll fashion. Place the two pieces next to each other and twist them together to get one long twist.
Spray a springform pan (angelfood cake type) or a large bunt pan with cooking spray, and lay the twisted dough in the bottom around the ring. Cover with damp cloth and let rise for 30-45 mins.
Bake in oven for 25-35 minutes, until golden.
