2 lbs stew beef cubes
1 medium yam (the orange kind)
2 large carrot chooped
1 large onion chopped
2 stalks celery choped
8 medium mushrooms quartered
1 medium turnip chopped
2 c green beans frenched
6 prunes
4 tsp worcestershire
1/4c red wine vinegar
salt
pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp corn starch
Directions
braise beef. Add all ingredients to crockpot. Sift corn starch on top. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low.
