Ingredients

    8 oz baby carrots
    1 tablespoon of fresh dillweed
    2 tabkespoons of Challenge Butter with Canola Oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

1. Cover carrots with water and boil until tender but still firm. Drain
2. Add butter, dillweed and lemon juice and mix.

Serves 5 about 5-6 carrots each
