Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen mixed berries
    1 handful (~5) frozen strawberries (or add until you get a good consistency)
    4 tbsp. plain yogurt
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 tbsp. wheat bran
    1 1/2 tsp. flaxseeds
    1/4 cup green tea
    3 - 4 tbsp. oatmeal (dry)

Directions

1) Blend all ingredients.
2) Makes two cups!
