    *medium egg, 1 serving (remove)
    *McCormick Crusting blend, French Onion, Pepper & Herb, 26 gram(s) (remove)
    *Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

beat egg in a bowl, set aside, poor Crusting blends breading in a separate bowl. season fish to taste. dip fish in egg and then bread crumbs, set in aluminum foil lined baking dish.
bake on 350 approx 15-20 mins
makes 2 servings

    Very good and super easy to make!!!! Could not fine the McCormicks Crusting so I used the Morton's brand. Very good and took no time to make. Next time I'll try with a different kind of fish. - 2/22/10
