Ingredients

2-1/2 Cups Organic whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 cup wheat germ
1-1/2 cup ground flax
3 tsp ground cinnamon
3 eggs
200ml unsweetened applesauce
40ml canola oil
3/4 cup agave syrup
3 tsp vanilla extract
3-1/2 cup grated zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Makes 2 loaves of 10 slices each
Preheat oven to 325
Prepare pans (pam&flour)
sift together all dry ingredients
beat wet ingredients and then mix in dry together
add nuts & zucchini.
Pour batter into separate pans and bake for 40-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 30 minutes, release from pans and cool completely
