    Pineapple, sliced rings packed in juice - 1 cup or 1 small can
    Orange juice - 1 1/2 cups
    Peaches - 2 small fruit
    Banana - 1/2 small fruit
    Orange mango juice blend, Naked - 1 cup
    Yogurt, low fat sweetened fruit flavor, Brown Cow - 1 ounce

Fruit can used out of the refrigerator for a cold smoothie. For a thicker texture, put the fruit in the freezer for a half to one hour before putting it in the blender.
