Ingredients

    Cake
    1 Jumbo Egg
    1 - 20 oz can light cherry pie filling
    1 - box Betty Crocker Super Moist Dark Chocolate cake mix

    Frosting
    4 - tablespoons butter
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 cup skim milk
    3/4 cup semi-sweet choclate chips

Directions

Mix cake mix, cherry pie filling and egg with a hand mixer for 2 minutes (don't over mix).
Spray Jelly Roll pan with cooking spray.
Pour and spread mix into pan
Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes
While cake is cooling make frosting.
Combine butter, sugar and milk in small sauce pan
While stirring Bbing to boil over med-high heat
Once it comes to a boil, continue stirring and boil for 1 additional minute
Remove from heat
Stir in chocolate chips until melted
Pour / spread slowly over warm cake

Cut into 28 pieces and enjoy.
