Potatoes pealed and cubed.
The rest is seasonings to your liking.
Mrs. Dash
Seasoning salt
Onions (green and regular)
sat
pepper
oregano
ketchup (if needed for potatoes)
Directions
This recipe is for 1 person double for two and so on. Boneless, Skinless chicken, Oregano, chives (green onions) and zesty italian make a great baked (I preferr grilled) dish.
Using fresh chicken, cut a small slit into the back. Pack in your seasonings and green onion pieces. Drizzle with zesty italian and throw on the grill until done. Don't over cook or the chicken will be dry.
Green beans are easy and great for calorie counting. I just put on the stove until hot.
The Potatoes you can bake or grill, use your own seasonings. I chop the potatoes (no skin) into bite size pieces and put into a medium to large ziplock bag. (depending on how many servings you are making.) Drizzle about 2 tbls of virgin olive oil and combine seasonings. I use salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash and some oregano with onion. Great flavour! You may not need the ketchup!
Throw them on the grill or in the oven!
