Introduction

Ingredients

    2lbs 93% lean turkey or beef
    2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
    4 egg whites
    16 oz Francisco Renaldi tobe spaghetti sauce
    1 large onion
    4 tbs. basil
    4 tbs. oregano
    4 tbs. garlic powder
    2 tbs. black pepper


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl

2. Divide into 2 loaves

3. Bake at 350, for 60min

    I love meatloaf! This was so easy to fix. I used half turkey and half beef. Instead of 4 egg whites, I used 2 whites and 2 whole eggs. It was soooo good! I was surprised that it called for spaghetti sauce and think that I may try it with tomato sauce, but this is a winner just like it is!!!! - 3/10/10
