Ingredients

8oz Fettuccini
1 lb Shrimp, raw
1 Yellow Onion (medium)
2 tbsp Smart Balance Butter
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Parmasan Cheese
2/4 Cup Classico - Spinach and Cheese Pasta Sauce
Cayenne Pepper
Black pepper
Salt
Thyme
Directions
Prep:
Peel and devein the shrimp. Sprinkle cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt and thyme over the shrimp and set aside. Finely chop the onion.
Cook:
Bring pot of water to a boil. Add the butter and the pasta. Cook the pasta to al dente.
While the pasta is cooking. Cook the onions and garlic in oil until soft. Add the pasta sauce and parmesan cheese, then stir until melted in. Add the shrimp into the pan and cook until done (2-3 minutes). Strain and add the pasta to the pan. Stir until mixed.
Serve hot.
