    20oz package Jenny-O ground turkey (taco seasoned)
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper (about one medium pepper)


Saute onions and brown turkey in a non-stick skillet. Add mushrooms and bell pepper when turkey is brown and allow to cook together about 10 minutes.
Makes 8 half-cup servings.
