Introduction

I used frozen cooked shrimp in this recipe. I used frozen cooked shrimp in this recipe.

Ingredients

    16 frozen cooked shrimp, large
    2 chicken sausage, sliced and sauteed
    1 tbsp corn starch
    1 cup canned evaporated milk, fat free
    2 cloves garlic
    italian seasoning, 1 tsp.
    1 tbsp. butter
    whole wheat dough
    4 mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    3 oz Cabot 75% fat free shredded cheese

Directions

Stretch uncooked dough on cookie sheet in desired shape. Set aside. Press cloves garlic into small saucepan. Add butter and melt on low heat until garlic is fragrant. Add corn starch stirring constantly slowly add milk and bring to a boil to thicken. Season with salt and spices. Remove from heat. Add frozen shrimp stir to coat, then spread evenly over dough. Top with vegetables and cheese. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until dough is cooked. Serves 6.
