Introduction

This dessert is a good satisfying snack. If you use a lot of greek yogurt it's cheaper to make it yourself. I have a Donvier yogurt strainer that I bought on line and you just put a 32 oz. container of plain lowfat or nonfat yogurt in it and put it in the fridge for about 24 hours. This makes about 1 1/2 cups of greek yogurt. Make sure that the yogurt has no gelatin or binders or else it won't drain properly. I use Dannon. This dessert is a good satisfying snack.
