Ingredients

    1 salmon filet without skin

1 green oniom chopped (white part and some of the green)

    Dijon mustard

    About 1 tsp lemon juice

    olive oil

    Salt and pepper

Directions

Prepare piece of aluminum foil big enough to envelope the salmon

Brush onto salmon Dijon mustard (enough to cover surface)

Add about ½ tsp of olive oil over surface and integrate with brush

Squeeze half a lemon’s juice over surface and integrate with brush

Distribute green onion

Add salt and pepper

Close aluminum foil and cook in pre-heated over at 400 degrees Farenheit or until flesh detaches easily. I suggest putting cookie pan in rack underneath fish in case foil gets punctured when you verify if ready.
