Ingredients

    1 large Ripe Tomato Sliced into six pieces
    3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, diced into six pieces
    6 leaves of Basil
    1 1/4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    a pinch of kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper

Directions

Arrange the plate with the tomato as a base topped with the cheese and the basil leaves on top. Drizzle the olive oil over everything and top with the salt and pepper to taste.
