    15 ounce can Healthy Choice Chicken Corn Chowder Soup
    8 1/2 ounce box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    2 large eggs
    No Stick cooking spray
    1/3 cup low fat cheddar cheese


In bowl, combine soup, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and eggs; mix well. Spread mixture into
8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 30 minutes (or until toothpick to the center comes out clean)
