Ingredients

    1 Head of Brocoli
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Lemon
    1 Garlic clove
    1 Tsp Cracked Pepper

Directions

You can make as much as you want but I usualy make 1 bundle of Brocoli but for here I will describe it in quantities. Feel it out.

1 Pre Heat oven to 350 F.
2 Cut Brocoili into small trees.
3 Place on baking sheet.
4 Mince Garlic and sprinkle over Broc.
5 Drizzle EVOO over Broc
6 Drizzle juice of 1 lemon over broc
7 Grind pepper over the works.

Bake in oven for 10-12 mins. I like them to be a little crispy on the ends.
