Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 serving
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Potato, raw, 3 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain well.
add frozen vegetables, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion soup mix, and water.
Cook for 30 minutes, then add potatoes and cook 30 more minutes or until vegetables are done.
Makes about 10 one cup serving.
