Ingredients

    2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 cups cake flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup reduced fat or natural peanut butter (i used Natural)
    1 cup packed brown sugar (i used splenda brown sugar blend)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 large eggs
    1 egg white
    3/4 cup fat free milk

    Frosting:
    1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
    6 tbsp lowfat margarine or butter
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    5 tsp fat free milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 13x9 baking dish with spray. In a medium bowl combine flour and baking powder, set aside.. in a large bowl add applesauce, then brown sugar, then vanilla, then eggs, then egg white, then milk, then flour mixture. Beat 3 minutes after every ingredient. Bake for 20-25 minutes until springs back.
Frosting:
Combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk. If too thick add more milk
