When you really, really want deep fried chicken wings, this recipe will fill the bill without making you feel guilty and sick afterwards. When you really, really want deep fried chicken wings, this recipe will fill the bill without making you feel guilty and sick afterwards.

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, cooked
    2 sweet potatoes, cut into thin slices
    onion, chopped
    garlic, chopped
    curry powder
    Your choice hot wing sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup water

Directions

Cook frozen chicken breasts in a frying pan and 1 cup water. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper and a sprinkle of salt. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Remove chicken from broth and set on cutting board to cool. Add sweet potatoes to pan and cook until tender. Cut up chicken into small pieces and add to pan. Sprinkle with curry powder and drizzle hot wing sauce over chicken and potatoes. Add your favorite bag of frozen vegetables to mixture. Add water and brown sugar and cook until bubble. Enjoy!
