    I do a very similar b'fast only I split the Joseph's pita & put both halves on foil paper, spray bread with butter spray (like I can't believe it's not butter), crack open an egg into each half, a bit of butter spray over egg & bake in convection oven at 350 for 8 mins; just watch so it doesn't burn - 2/28/10
