Ingredients

    Grilled Chicken - 1 lb chopped
    Red or Green Seedless Grapes - 1/4 cup halved
    Red or Green Apple - 1/4 cup chopped
    Celery - 1/4 cup chopped
    Plain Yogurt - 3 Tbs
    Dijon Mustard - 3 Tbs
    Olive Oil - 1 Tbs
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Grill chicken at anytime prior to making salad. (Really good for left overs)Chopped everything; mix together and refrigerate.
Makes 12, 1/2 cup servings
