Ingredients

    2 Medium Potatoes, Peeled and Diced
    1 Small Potato, Peeled and Diced
    2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    2 Tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
    1/4 C. 1% Milk
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 4 Servings

Peel and dice potatoes. Cover with cold water and boil until fork tender. Turn off burner. Drain water off potatoes and return to pot on warm burner. Add minced garlic. When fragrant add butter and milk and begin to mash potatoes. Add Salt & Pepper to taste.

Serve Warm.
