Ingredients

    3 Medium Carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, 1/2" chop
    1 medium green bell pepper, 1/2" chop
    5 oz sliced mushroom
    6 oz salad sized shrimp
    1 pouch Tasty Bite Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
    3 cups cooked brown rice
    2 TBS Chutney
    1 TBS Olive Oil

Directions

Saute veggies in olive oil for 5 minutes

Add Sauce & simmer, covered. Medium low. Stir occasionally. 5 minutes.

Add Shrimp, continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve over brown rice with a TBS of chutney.
