Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 block of Light Cream Cheese (125g or 4 oz) , softened
    1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls Mulitgrain
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (approx 6oz each) cooked and chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped pimentos
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/8 cup bread crumbs
    dash of salt & pepper



Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Separate can crescent into 4 rectangles.
Seal perforations.
Mix chicken with cream cheese, pimentos, chopped onions, milk, salt and pepper.
Place mixture in center of each rectangle and bring 4 corners to xenter and press to seal.
Brush tops of packets with olive oil. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake on ungreased pan - 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
