Coco wheats are a regional item. You may not be able to find them everywhere. These servings are a little more that the amount on the box. And I have added vanilla. Ingredients

1 cup coco wheats
0.75 cup sugar
0.75 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
IN MEDIUM SIZE SAUCE PAN (pot)
combine sugar, salt.
add 5 1/4 cups of water
bringing water to near boil, slowly add the coco wheats, constantly stirring. After coco wheats are added, bring to a low boil constantly stirring until cereal thicks to an oatmeal consistency. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Use water or skim milk to thin down if needed. ENJOY!
