I recently found Coco wheats in a Walmart store in my area. I usually make one serving with 3 tlbs of coco wheats and 2/3 cup of water. I cook in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. I then add 1 tbl of reduced fat peanut butter. They are really good this way!
