Number of Servings: 4

    1 Banana, fresh,
    2 cups Plain Nonfat Yogurt
1/2 cup Sliced Pineapple in Unsweetened Pineapple Juice (Three rings and enough juice to make 1/2 cup)
    1 cup Orange Juice

blend all ingredients together until smooth.

1 cup of the finished smoothie is the serving size for this recipe, just over 150 callories, but if you get some ice lolly mold (I got mine at Kholes) You can have a really yummy ice lolly for just over 30 cals. The molds are about 4oz. If you want to make ice lollies, add it to your nutrition tracker as 0.25 of a serving. Enjoy.

Yummy! I used what I had on hand -- frozen banana, lowfat vanilla yogurt, and crushed pineapple with extra juice (in place of orange juice). Really creamy and good! - 1/9/11

Wonderful! I cut the orange juice to 1/2 a cup and added a frozen banana instead of fresh. It made it creamier. A splash of vanilla extract gave it that "ice cream" spin. Once again, the whole family liked it. Definitely a KEEPER! Thanks :) - 12/28/09
