Ingredients

    2.75c cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
    12 olives, cut in half
    4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
    1 small can (7.75oz) garbanzo beans
    1.5 tbsp olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    crushed red pepper (optional)

Directions

Place first four ingredients in a roasting pan, drizzle with oil. Add salt, pepper and red pepper. Toss well to coat. Bake at 450 for 22 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
