Introduction

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup (Healthy Select?)
1 can Cream of Celery soup (Healthy Select?)
1/2 bag of frozen corn (yellow & white)
3/4 cup water
Small bag of tater tots
1 cup Shredded Cheese
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a big skillet with the onions and green pepper, draining off any excess fat.
Add both cans of soup, water, corn.
Heat through.
Spray a cake pan with non-stick spray.
Cover the bottom of the pan with 1/2 the gravy mixture.
Add a layer of tater tots (1/2 package)
Sprinkle on the cheese (1/2 cup)
Add remaining gravy mixture
Add rest of tater tots
Sprinkle on the remaining cheese
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for an hour. (I cover mine and then take the cover off at the end so it gets crispy)
Makes approximately 10 servings (1 cup each)
