Ingredients

    4 large fresh eggs
    1/4 c skim milk
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped red pepper
    3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    3/4 cup broccoli
    3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Beat eggs with milk, add spices, then add remaining ingredients, followed by cheddar cheese. Pour into moderate heated pan. Sir occasionally to mix and turn ingredients over.
