Ingredients

    1 8oz pkg Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1 pkg Reduced fat Oreos
    1 pkg CandiQuick or Almond Bark Vanilla candy coating

Directions

Place whole pkg of oreos into food processor and blend until smooth. Combine Oreo crumbs and pkg of cream cheese in a mixer and mix for at lease 1-2 min to form a good dough. (Mixing it that long makes the dough good and moist, since we are using reduced fat ingredients they can end up kind of dry if not mixed well). Scoop 1teaspoons of dough ( not a rounded teaspoon) and roll it between your palms to make ball, and place on a cookie sheet, repeat until all dough is used. Place balls in the freezer for 5-30 min.
Heat the white chocolate according to directions. Dip balls in chocolate and cover, place on baking sheet and move to the refrigerator when done. Let chocolate harden for ~30 min. enjoy!
