These muffins are so easy to make and absolutely Delicious. And they freeze well also These muffins are so easy to make and absolutely Delicious. And they freeze well also
Number of Servings: 1


    2 C Flour
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tbsp Cinnamon (or use only 1 tsp if you don't like strong cinnamon taste)
    1 tbsp Sugar
    1 Egg
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    1/2 C Apple Juice
    1 C. Apple Sauce
    1/3 C. Raisins
    1/2 C. Chopped Walnuts
    Optional and not in Nutrition Count you can add some chopped apples....I usually use 1/4 cup if I'm adding this


Combine all ingredients, mixing until just blended

be careful not to over mix, texture will be a little chewy if you overmix batter

Pour into muffin tins that are sprayed with cooking spray

Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 minutes
