Ingredients

    1 large can 99% fat free ck broth
    1 small can 99% fat free ck broth
    2 tbl. olive oil
    1 large onion chopped
    4-5 cloves garlic minced
    4 stacks celery choped
    1.5 cups chopped carrots
    1.5 cups chopped zuchhini (about 2)
    1.5 cups chopped cabbage
    .5 cup whole wheat pasta
    1 lb ground turkey
    2 cans small white beans drained
    1 jar speghetti sauce
    1 tbl. oregano

Directions

Cook ground turkey in a skillet, crumble. Add oil to soup pot and sautee onions and garlic untill soft. Add cerlery and carrots and cook for a few more minutes. Add chicken broth, speghetti sauce, oragano, cooked turkey and beans to soup pot. Cook untill veggies are tender about 40 mins. Add cabbage, zuchhini and pasta and cook 2-=25 minutes more. 1 serving = 1.5 cups
