Introduction

High in sodium, but still better for you than what you would get at a restaurant. Hubby & kids loved this recipe. I like to add lettuce & a slice of tomato on mine. Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    8 TBSP Frank's Red Hot Original Pepper Sauce
    4 TBSP bread crumbs, dry, plain
    4 Arnold Select Sandwich Thins
    4 Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch light buttermilk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Spread 2 Tbsp of hot sauce over each breast. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of bread crumbs over each breast. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
Spread 1 Tbsp of ranch on each breast. Put each in a bun & enjoy!

    This was awesome! I love buffalo chicken and this made it lighter and better for us! Great recipe! - 3/27/12
