Ingredients

    1 Haas avocado finely diced
    1-2 plum tomatoes seeded and finely diced
    1/2 med onion finely diced
    1/8 tsp cumin
    Juice from 1/2 lime
    1 clove garlic minced
    1/2 tsp Mexican seasoning

Directions

Throw everything in a bowl and toss together. Serve with chips, pita wedges or crackers.
