Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 large onions, sliced large

    Marinade:
    1-cup soy sauce
    3 cloves garlice, chopped finely
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp rosemary

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients, except for rosemary. Alternate steak and onions on skewers and place in marinade for at least 1 hour.

When getting ready to gril, sprinkle rosemary over steak and onions.

Grill for 20 minutes or until meat is just pink on the inside.
