Introduction

This salad can be served cold or at room temperature, I generally enjoy as a side dish.

Ingredients

    1 cup - wheatberries, uncooked
    2 tbsp - flaxseed oil
    1 tbsp - olive oil
    1 large - red delicious apple, chopped
    1/2 - yellow sweet pepper, chopped
    1/8 tsp - salt
    1 tsp - curry powder
    2 tbsp - Fat free Poppyseed Dressing

Directions

Bring to boil 1 cup of wheatberries with 4 cups of water. Once boiling, reduce down to a soft boil for 2 hours. Test berries, they should be soft, yet have a little soft crunch. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Mix all ingredients together .
