Ingredients

    1 6" Italian submarine or hoagie bun
    1 thin slice Black Forest Ham
    1.5 thin slices hard salami
    3 thin slices sandwich pepperoni
    2 thin slices hot capicola
    1 thin slice provolone cheese
    2 slices red tomato
    1 thin slice sweet onion
    1/2 ounce mild pepper rings
    1/2 tablespoon light mayonnaise

Directions

Slice bun in half lengthwise. Layer meats and cheese on both sides. Place both halves on baking sheet; meat and cheese side up. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Top with tomato and onion slices, pepper rings and mayonnaise. Close sandwich halves together; cut in half crosswise. Serves 1 - whole sandwich cut in half
