Ingredients

    1 Large Banana
    1/4 Cup Coconut Milk (not low fat)
    1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, diced
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    1 Tbsp Honey

Directions

Add all together in blender until ice is blended well.

Makes 3 cups...divide how you like!
