Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
*Del Monte Cut Green Beans, 1 can
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
2 stalkes Celery- small chopped
Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 can
*Campbell's Healthy Request, Tomato Soup, 1 can
*Potato, raw, 6 small (quartered for boiling)
Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
Challenge Butter made with Canola oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Put potatoes on to boil for mashed potates
2. Chop onion and celery. Add with lean hamburger and cook. Drain
3. Return to skillet, add drained green beans, the tomatoes and the soup and 1/2 soup can of water. Mix together and heat thru.
4. Make the mashed potatoes using the fatfree milk and butter.
5. Put meat mixture in oven proof dish and spread potatoes over top.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, until hot and bubblely.
May add cheese to top of potates if you want (extra calories) or add spices you like to the meat mixture.
Makes about 6 1 cup servings.
