Ingredients

1 can Chunk light albacore tuna packed in water
1/2 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise
1/2 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 Apple, diced
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup Walnuts, coarsly chopped
1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Simply mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill for an hour or more to blend flavors. Serve with crackers, in a lettuce leaf, or in a low card flour or whole wheat tortilla.
